Ebnecina Cultural and Educational Foundation (ECEF) was founded by a group of Iranian physicians and professionals in 1989. ECEF is chartered to provide instructional, cultural, and community services to people of Iranian descent and their families. One of our primary goals is to help expatriate Iranians integrate into the broader American society, while being morally upright and responsible citizens.

Our team at ECEF is small in number, but large in impact. We have a deep passion for the work that we do to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the non-profit sector as well as how donors think about the way they give to it.
